Stage 1 details (accusations/ charges/ Interpol notice/ extradition requests): Accused of recruiting youth into terrorist activities and to fight in Syria ((Tajinfo org., 2015). Accused of organising extremist groups and engaging citizens to organise terrorist extremist groups (Tajinfo org., 2015). Accused of being a member of the outlawed Group of 24 and, without publicly presenting evidence, of sending citizens to fight in Syria (Lemon, 2015).
Stage 2 details (arrest/ detention/ extradition): Arrested on an Interpol warrant. Seized by the authorities on 20 February 2015 in Finland (Lemon, 2015).
