Who, Why and How exiled:

Former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and later as deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh in Kyrgyzstan. Also have been identified as the largest business shareholder of the Kara-Suu bazaar in Kyrgyzstan before losing its shares in 2011 (Kupatadze, 2012).  Alisher was a pro-Bakiyev politician (Gezitter, 2013).

In 2012, the Kyrgyz authorities accused Sabirov of being involved in the instigation of Osh events (24 KG, 2012).
