Other actions during Stages 1–3 (dispossession/ overseas assets frozen/ intimidation/ action against associates/ …): Sattarov was the trustee of the leader of the movement Maksud Ibrahimov. Ibragimov was abducted in Moscow in January 2015. He was then illegally exported to Tajikistan, where he was subjected to torture and was sentenced to 17 years in prison (TajInfo, 2014)
