Stage 1 details (accusations/ charges/ Interpol notice/ extradition requests): He was charged by the Tajik authorities for extremist activities ( Радио Озоди,2015). Tajik authorities charged him with founding an “extremist community” (article 307) and making calls to “mass disorder and the violent seizure of power” (article 307.1)
Stage 2 details (arrest/ detention/ extradition): Arrested in Russia on 12 November 2014 and held for in a pretrial detention facility in Moscow for months waiting for extradition to Tajikistan. (Asia-Plus,2015)

Current status: He was released from his detention in 2015 (Радио Озоди, 2015).While he has been released following 12 months of detention, he still faces the possibility of extradition ( Human Rights Watch, 2016).
